MotioninJoy can install the drivers you need for a PS3 controller and it allows you to make a series of fine tweaks as well. Although a tutorial is available, installing the aforementioned drivers is a trivial task. All you have to do is select the appropriate tab and click a button to install the available drivers. It takes a few seconds to complete the operation, after which you will be able to play your games with a PS3 controller.

Besides installing drivers for your controller, the software allows you to customize its controls as well. You can set a different input for each button, add macros and save your settings as profiles. It is also possible to adjust a controller's left and right vibration motors separately.
